1. Platform Services

RemotePilot is a curated job board that helps candidates discover remote roles at AI-native companies. Applications happen on the employer's own careers site or applicant tracking system. We are not responsible for the employer's hiring process, communications, decisions, or job offer terms.

2. Publisher Submission Rules

Employers submitting postings to RemotePilot agree that:

• All job descriptions and requirements must represent active positions.
• Positions must be remote and must clearly describe any country, region, or timezone restrictions.
• Companies must be AI-native or strongly AI-focused. We reserve the right to moderate, categorize, or reject listings that are misleading, discriminatory, local-only, vague about remote policy, or outside the board's focus.

3. Fees and Refunds

Paid listings, when enabled, are processed through an approved payment provider. Refund terms will be shown before checkout. While RemotePilot is in launch mode, submissions may be reviewed manually before any paid workflow is enabled.

4. Scraper Prevention Policy

RemotePilot implements active security measures to protect outbound links. Any automated parsing, scripting, or scraping of details from this site to rebuild competitive directories is strictly prohibited.
