• Job Seekers: We do not ask for, process, or save candidate profile details on the static website layer. Your direct application actions occur directly on the respective employer's recruitment system.
• Employers: When posting a job, we collect corporate details such as company name, website, contact email, and job details needed for review, publishing, and payment operations.

2. Link Handling

Candidate applications happen on the employer's own careers site or ATS. RemotePilot does not collect resumes, candidate profiles, or application form answers.

3. Cookies and Analytics

We do not inject tracking pixels, retargeting mechanisms, or intrusive behavioral trackers. We may utilize anonymous, lightweight analytics to determine pageviews and click-through metrics for overall board operation performance.
