1. Information Collected

At RemotePilot, we are committed to minimizing the personal data we store. You may request full deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at support@remotepilot.dev; unsubscribing suppresses newsletter sends but retains a minimal opt-out record for compliance proof.

• Job seekers: We do not ask for or store resumes, candidate profiles, or application answers. Applications happen on the employer's recruitment system. We record aggregate job-page and apply-click activity so we can understand which listings are useful.
• Newsletter Subscribers: When subscribing to RemotePilot updates, we collect and store your email address, subscription status, and opt-out preferences. This data is strictly used to deliver curated AI-native job alerts. Every dispatch contains a secure, one-click unsubscribe link to opt out instantly.
• Employers: When posting a job, we collect company name, website, contact email, and job details needed for review, publishing, support, and payment operations if paid listings are enabled.

2. Link Handling

Candidate applications happen on the employer's own careers site or ATS. RemotePilot does not collect resumes, candidate profiles, or application form answers.

3. Cookies and Analytics

Google Analytics is optional and remains disabled until you select OK in the analytics notice. When enabled, it helps us understand page visits, newsletter interest, job views, apply clicks, employer enquiries, and paid-listing checkout performance.

Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga and collect a browser identifier, approximate location, device and browser information, referral source, pages viewed, and interaction events. We disable Google advertising signals and ad-personalization storage in our implementation. We do not send newsletter email addresses, application details, or job-posting contact emails to Google Analytics.

Your confirmation is stored in your browser as rp_analytics_consent. To withdraw it, clear RemotePilot's site data in your browser; analytics will remain disabled again until you confirm.
